Have Faith.
Stay Safe.

"He will call on me and I will answer him, I will be with him in trouble."
Psalm 91:15

For a long time, we have worried over wars, diseases, natural disasters, and financial concerns that have plagued the world.  However, it seems as though the latest scare with the COVID-19 pandemic has made some of us feel as if there is no end to the stressors we deal with on a day to day basis.

As the church of the Living God, it is important for us to be an example for the world in times like these. We must show concern for those who are experiencing death, sickness and those who are going through the pressure of unemployment while still bearing the responsibility of caring for their families. We balance this while re-inventing our own worship experiences, with the reassurance that "the church is not limited to a building". But indeed, WE ARE THE CHURCH.

During this time, Greater Faith Non-Denominational Church is here as a beacon of hope and light in trying times. We desire to serve as a haven for our parishioners as well as a support system for essential workers, health-care providers, and those who serve our local community.

It is in this time that we:
1) Continue to Trust God- We must remember that God truly is our refuge and strength; a present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
2) Pray- Prayer has power, and the solution to the world's condition lies in seeking the face of God.
3) Prepare- It is important that we are connected to the latest information for our church and community. Links to the CDC are provided below that connect you to important resources.
4) Take Precautions- We must remember the basic course of action for lessening the spread of germs. Those actions to note are washing hands frequently, covering your mouth if you sneeze or cough, "love" from a distance of 6 feet, and when possible, wear a mask to protect you and others.

In these trying days, Greater Faith hopes to provide hope and reassurance against worry and fear. We walk in the knowledge and wisdom that God is forever with us and desires that we place our total trust in Him.
